SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. Announces Launch of Secondary Public Offering of Common Stock
ROSWELL, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE: SITE) (the “Company”) today
announced the launch of an underwritten secondary public offering of
8,000,000 shares of common stock by selling stockholders CD&R Landscape
Holdings, L.P., an affiliate of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, and Deere
& Company. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of
shares being sold in this offering. In connection with the offering, the
selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to
purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock.
The offering is being made through an underwriting group led by Goldman,
Sachs & Co., UBS Investment Bank and Baird, who are acting as joint
book-running managers for the offering. Additional book-running managers
are Barclays, RBC Capital Markets and William Blair. SunTrust Robinson
Humphrey, HSBC, ING, Natixis, SMBC Nikko and Mischler Financial Group,
Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
